Shipping 

We ship using USPS Priority. Made to order items require 4-7 weeks for production. This time line may alter due to the nature of working in a communal space, but will likely be in that time frame. Please allow 5-7 business days for ready to ship items. Priority mail includes tracking and $50 insurance. If you would like to have your item sent rush or with any other special handling please mention that prior to placing your order, and we can work with you to make that happen.

Exchange 

Returns are on a case by case basis. If your item arrives damaged please contact us with a photo of the item within 48 hours of it's arrival and we will exchange it with a similar item of equal value. Slight variations from the online image are to be expected. If you are unhappy with your order please contact us within 3 days of it's arrival to discuss the issue.
